Commodity Exchange in Transcarpathia
From the geopolitical point of view there are already three countries of the EU that border with Ukraine: Hungary, Slovakia and Poland. In the future, after Romania’s entering the EU, there will be a perspective that all the western border of our country will represent an entire border line with the EU. This neighborhood will certainly lead to the necessity of realization of the four liberties of the European Union – transference of people, capitals, goods, and services. The commodity exchange is probably the most acceptable form of organization of mutual cooperation that can be offered taking into account difficult realities.
