Integration into the international transport market: Development of Ukrainian transport system and its integration into the world transport market lead to the necessity of expanding the corresponding infrastructure, and of international corridors passing through the territory of Ukraine in particular. In the process of this extension there arise a number of matters requiring a collective solution. Representatives of the state authorities, scientists, and also direct participants of the transport sphere in the person of public professional unions shall be involved to this process.
˛.
D.Khromchak,
The state bodies are responsible for the state of automobile roads, railroads, river and sea ports and airports, border-crossing points. It is their duty to bring these objects into accord with European standards. It is also officials’ duty to simplify and rationalize the national legal regulations, to unify the Customs procedures on the basis of rules and recommendations of the international conventions, carrying out a stable tariff policy clear for all the market participants.
On the other hand, while fulfilling their professional obligations
direct participants of cargo transportation, such as shippers,
consignees, forwarding companies or terminals come across a number
of problems, which hinder the development of the transport service.
It is impossible to resolve them by own strength. In such a case
public professional unions should render their assistance in
settlement of current conflicts, who having generalized and
systemized problematic issues would refer them to corresponding
state authorities for the future solution.
